Are additional waivers required?
Although access to motor vehicle driving reports is available in all 50 states, driving record information is not technically considered a “public” record. Each state has its own access policy and requirements, as well as guidelines concerning what information is released. States that require additional waivers include, but may not be limited to Washington, New Hampshire, and Puerto Rico. In addition, additional waivers are required for both PSP & NDR reports.
Are points included in the MVR search?
Points are typically used for insurance purposes and generally are not included as a part of an MVR requested for employment purposes.
